02What we collect

  • Identity and contact details you give us: name, phone, email and delivery address.
  • Order details: products, amounts, and messages you send about an order.
  • Payment status. We do not store your full card number or UPI PIN. Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment provider you choose.
  • Technical data such as browser type, device and pages viewed, through cookies and similar tools used by Shopify and installed apps.
  • Messages you send on WhatsApp or email.

03How we use it

  • To take, pack, ship and support your order.
  • To send order and shipping messages.
  • To handle returns, exchanges and complaints.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
  • To understand which sarees are being viewed, so we can improve the shop. We do not sell your personal information.

04Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with Shopify, payment providers, courier partners, and apps that run reviews, WhatsApp support or analytics on this store. They may process data on our behalf or under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

05WhatsApp

If you message +91 99099 35157, that chat is support for your order. Please do not send identity documents or card details on WhatsApp. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, under its own terms.

06Cookies

The store uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your session, and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser. Some parts of checkout may not work if you do.

07How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax, accounting and consumer laws require, including GST records. Support messages are kept while we need them to resolve your request and for a reasonable period after.

08Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold, subject to records we must keep by law. Email support@zarimysore.co from the address on the order. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails. Order and shipping messages are not marketing.

09Children

Zarimysore is a store for adults buying sarees. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. The date below is the current version. Effective 8 October 2026.
