03Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. If a saree is priced by mistake, listed in error, or cannot be sourced, we may cancel the order and refund any payment you have made.
You confirm that the name, address and phone number on the order are correct.
04Prices and tax
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable GST unless a page says otherwise. We may change a price at any time before you place the order. The price at checkout is the price you pay. Shipping inside India is free.
05Sarees and colour
Each product page describes that saree. A blouse piece, when included, is unstitched unless the page says otherwise. Photographs are as close as we can make them. Silk, zari and dye can shift slightly from the photograph. Please read the fabric and colour disclaimer before you order.
Blouse stitching and any design change happen only after we confirm the fee and the extra time on WhatsApp. Those sarees follow the stitched-item rules in the returns policy.
06Using the website
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break the checkout, place fraudulent orders, or copy our photographs and text for your own shop. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent.
07Offers
A sale price or offer applies only as shown on the product or at checkout, and can end without notice. We do not honour codes or discounts that were not issued by us.
08Liability
We are liable to you for a saree that is not as described, damaged, or not delivered, as set out in our shipping and returns policies. We are not liable for losses that were not a direct result of our breach, or for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
09Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction. Please write to us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
